Wellness Journey Challenge We invite you to join our Wellness Journey Challenge to help you stay committed to your health and well-being. To participate, you can choose any activity—whether it’s Yoga Poses, Pranayama (Breathing Exercises), or Meditation (long Kriya or Short Kriya) —and practice daily for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Be sure to log your activity each day! End-of-Year Celebration ( Dance , Games and much more fun - Lunch will be Served ) Date: Sunday, 22nd December 2024 Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Venue: Blacktown Students from all centers will join together to celebrate. During the celebration, prizes will be awarded to participants who have shown the most consistency in their daily practice and attendance at weekly classes. Your must Keep photos and videos of every practice as record. Terms and Conditions apply.
