Embark on your meditation journey with the Beginners Program at Mita Wellness. Our program is designed to help you develop a consistent meditation practice and incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, our program provides the guidance and support you need. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, our program offers a nurturing and supportive environment to help you develop the skills and techniques for a more mindful and balanced life. Mind, Body & Spirit program is in person program where we learn basics about our self and how to control and guide our mind and emotion to create bright future with our actions. Conducted over two days Saturday & Sunday - 2 Hrs. Each day. or 4 hr in one day.
