Program For The Day: 9am to 5 pm (Pure Vegetarian meals provided) Program Schedule 09:00 am Welcome Drink 09:30 am Gentle Stretching Yoga 10:30 am Aura cleansing meditation 10:45 am Break 11:00 am Samadhi Meditation 12:00 pm Stretching and Discourse 01:00 pm Satvik Meal (Vegetarian) 02:00 pm Breathwork & Meditation 03:00 pm Chanting Meditation followed by Chakra Healing Meditation 04:30 pm Closing Ceremony Relaxation Breath-Work We start the day with relaxation exercises and breath-work to calm the nervous system and overcome stress and anxiety. You will learn how to use breathing techniques to clear away stress, relax the body and prepare the mind for meditation. Mindfulness Mindfulness is the foundation of a calm, clear and healthy mind and is at the core of meditation practice. You will learn about the process and stages of mindfulness along with how to use mindfulness to overcome stress and anxiety and find peace. Breath Session - Introduction, Guidelines, Explanation, Movements , Mantra Chant,Guided Meditation with intention setting. Breathwork Component. Loving Kindness Learn and practice loving kindness meditations to cultivate love, compassion, forgiveness and deep acceptance of yourself and others. Developing a loving presence within meditation training is both physically and emotionally healthy. Bliss There will be teachings and guided practice on Inner Fire Meditation which is a powerful meditation to connect with bliss, heal the body and easily achieve deep insights into your true self. Non-Dual Effortless Meditation There will be teachings on how to deconstruct limiting self beliefs, and also guided practice into connecting with a non-dual presence of unity and one-ness. There will be guidance into the essence of being, the natural simplicity of pure awareness. With pointing out instructions on how to embody your innate perfection with effortless meditation. This last session will focus on the direct path of awakening and you will learn how to directly meditate with the essential awakened nature of your own being.
