I attend yoga and meditation classes on weekends and practice 30min yoga and meditation routine at home daily. These are designed to achieve health, happiness and be your best. Unique and highly effective meditation technique developed by Mr Mita involves high energy and fun activity to bring the mind in focus followed by stillness to relax the mind. Meditation made easy and fun. He also shares pearls of wisdom on how to live a happy and highly productive life. I and my son look forward to coming every Sunday. Mr Mita explains complex concepts in simple yet concise manner. What is even more powerful is the simple and practical daily homework to rewire the brain. These programs are suitable for everyone. I highly recommend everyone to try and experience for themselves.

I look forward to each session every Saturday and Sunday. This is a place to get rejuvenated and feel empowered with energy and opportunity to make new friends with similar goals - for no fees. Each session is carefully planned and crafted by Mitaji as fun filled well being activities, for adults and kids. Runs on donations only. This one person has done for the community what nobody could in the last decade - rightfully awarded the ‘Community person of the year’. Thanks.
