10-Week Kids Yoga Program Details Early Bird $150 , Regular Price $180 Program Overview: Our 10-week Kids Yoga Program is designed to introduce children aged 8-14 to the world of yoga and mindfulness. Through playful poses, creative breathing exercises, and guided meditations, kids will develop physical strength, flexibility, focus, and emotional balance. Each session is 60 minutes long, with new themes and activities introduced weekly to keep the experience engaging and fun. Weekly Breakdown: Week 1: Introduction to Yoga & Meditation Focus: Basic poses and mindfulness. Highlights: Mountain Pose, Child’s Pose, Belly Breathing, Mindful Breathing. Week 2: Building Strength Focus: Strength and stability. Highlights: Warrior I, Tree Pose, Downward Dog, Alternate Nostril Breathing. Week 3: Flexibility and Flow Focus: Flexibility and movement. Highlights: Sun Salutation, Cobra Pose, Forward Fold, Ocean Breath. Week 4: Focus and Attention Focus: Concentration and balance. Highlights: Eagle Pose, Chair Pose, Plank Pose, Lion’s Breath. Week 5: Calmness and Relaxation Focus: Emotional balance and relaxation. Highlights: Butterfly Pose, Happy Baby, 4-7-8 Breathing, Loving-Kindness Meditation. Week 6: Core Strength Focus: Core stability and confidence. Highlights: Boat Pose, Bridge Pose, Superman Pose, Breath of Fire. Week 7: Balance and Coordination Focus: Physical coordination and focus. Highlights: Half Moon Pose, Dancer’s Pose, Crow Pose, Box Breathing. Week 8: Building Endurance Focus: Physical and mental endurance. Highlights: Warrior II, Plank, Camel Pose, Extended Exhale Breathing. Week 9: Emotional Balance Focus: Emotional intelligence and self-reflection. Highlights: Pigeon Pose, Child’s Pose, Supine Twist, Heart-Centered Breathing. Week 10: Integration and Celebration Focus: Review and celebrate progress. Highlights: Favorite poses review, Guided Visualization, Reflection on the journey.
