Service Description

Winter is the perfect time to begin your yoga journey. As the weather cools down and life naturally slows, our bodies and minds naturally seek warmth, balance, and calm. Practising yoga during winter helps build internal heat, improve circulation, strengthen immunity, and boost energy when many people feel sluggish or emotionally low. Yoga and meditation are also powerful tools for reducing stress, calming the mind, improving sleep, and supporting emotional well-being. Winter offers the ideal opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and create healthy habits that can positively support you throughout the year. Class Overview Each session begins with an uplifting warm-up set to energising music, followed by Sun Salutations, mantras, and a variety of yoga poses introduced progressively throughout the term. Classes also include pranayama (breathing techniques), laughter therapy exercises, mindfulness meditation, and deep relaxation. Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to: * Reduce stress and anxiety * Improve flexibility, strength, and mobility * Support emotional balance and mental clarity * Promote healthy lifestyle habits * Build confidence and inner awareness * Create connections within a supportive community You’ll leave each class feeling refreshed, calmer, and equipped with practical tools for everyday life. With over 15 years of experience and hundreds of students guided on their wellness journey, we have developed a unique and transformative approach that blends traditional yogic practices with mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation.
